Hole PU flat silk wefts are a type of hair extension that combines a silk base with a polyurethane (PU) strip with holes to create a thin and flat weft. The thin PU material and the invisible holes allow for a discreet integration with your natural hair. The flat silk weft combines the advantages of machine weft and hand tied weft. It is not as bulky as the machine weft, and can not be folded as the hand tied weft, but can be cut from anywhere without shedding. It has no return hair on them (the short little hairs that’s normally on top of wefts), so it allows for a natural, very flat and comfortable application. The hole PU flat silk weft takes much less time to install than machine weft and hand tied weft, and one weft can help you create high volume look.

• Real Human Hair: The extensions can be cut, curled, straightened, dyed or styled as desired, just like your natural hair. However, it is not suitable to bleach, and you can only dye dark colors from light colors.
• Virgin Hair: The virgin hair extensions are made from the same donor. The cuticles are intact and aligned, reducing tangling and breakage. They retain their natural color, texture, and integrity, providing a truly realistic and seamless look.

• Easy Application: the weft has pre-cut invisible holes that make it easy to attach and blend with your natural hair, allowing for a quick and convenient installation process.
• Customizable and Flexible: Hair weft can be customized to suit your preferences. The wefts can also be cut and layered to create a personalized and natural-looking result.
• No Adhesive or Chemicals: Unlike some other hair extension methods, hair wefts do not require the use of adhesives or chemicals. The wefts are sewn directly onto the braided sections of your natural hair, minimizing the risk of damage or allergic reactions associated with certain bonding agents.

Full Shine Hair gladly accepts returns or exchanges of all eligible products within 60 days from the date of receipt of the package.

Eligible Products:

• The products that have not been used, washed and still wrapped in original packaging
• Within 60 days time frame

Ineligible Products:

• The products that have been used, washed and not been wrapped in original packaging
• The  wire at the top of the product has been detached, resulting in the hair unraveling
• Over 60 days time frame
• Kindly note that clearance sale items and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. (We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons.)

Returns:

• You should contact us first within 60 days since your order is delivered if you need to return it. Just make sure that the products to be eligible before you return the order. The return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

• It is important to note that if you wish to return, please contact us first before taking any action. Any returns or rejections without prior communication with us may result in additional costs that will be borne by the buyer.

• We kindly ask that you carefully read our return policy and contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Our customer service team can assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Exchanges:

• We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Full Shine hair extension set for a set of the right color.

• You should contact us first within 60 days since your order is delivered if you need an exchange, we will give you the process of exchanging, once your return arrives back, the warehouse will process your exchange ASAP.

• If exchanging to a product of a different value, we will be in touch via email regarding the price difference. The cost of sending the product back to us will be borne by the buyer, but we will cover the cost of sending the exchange product out again.

In order to ensure that your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier and send it to us after the shipment. This will allow us to track the package and ensure its safe arrival back to our warehouse. Without the tracking number, we will not be able to locate the package and the return or exchange process may be delayed or compromised. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and want to make sure your experience with Full Shine Hair is as seamless as possible.

Please note:

If products are returned without authorization and do not meet our return requirements, we will be unable to assist with the return process, and any resulting losses will be borne by the customer.

Refund:

• A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions have not been used, washed and still wrapped in original packaging.

Order Cancellation:

• We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds and wish to cancel an order. However, we can only assist with cancelling orders before they are shipped out. Once the order is in transit, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, we encourage our customers to reach out to us so that we can work together to arrange a return.
