- The products that have not been used, washed and still wrapped in original packaging
- Within 60 days time frame
Ineligible Products:
- The products that have been used, washed and not been wrapped in original packaging
- The wire at the top of the product has been detached, resulting in the hair unraveling
- Over 60 days time frame
- Kindly note that clearance sale items and pre-order items are not eligible for return or exchange
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. (We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons.)
